New & Pregnant Moms’ Group
Wednesdays, 10:30 a.m.–noon
Do you have questions about your new little bundle of joy? Need some support and encouragement? We’d love to invite you to spend some time with the New & Pregnant Moms’ Groups. We have weekly meetings held Wednesdays at the Center. Babies range from a few days old to around one year (before walking). Pregnant moms often come to find a new circle of friends before their babies are born. Breastfeeding Support Group
1st and 3rd Mondays, 11 a.m.-noon
If you are having trouble with breastfeeding, looking for support, or just want to meet other nursing mothers, you are invited to attend this support group led by Jackie Roderick. Mother of two, Jackie has worked at freestanding birth centers and hospitals caring for new mothers and their babies. Jackie also owns Milk and Honey Breastfeeding Support which provides physical, emotional, and instructional support to women and families as they nourish and nurture their new infants. It is Jackie's passion and joy to help mothers learn and practice behaviors that will promote an abundant milk supply and effortless nursing sessions for months and months to come.
